Nice that you show interest in my work. I started woodturning in 2016 and, since then, completely addicted. I'm using whole pieces of wood. Often I get the wood in the nature and let it dry at my place. Sometimes I go to the best wood dealers in the Netherlands, I only buy certified FSC wood and mostly local wood. Enough diversity to work with: oak, cherry, pear, ash, beech, birch, poplar, walnut, etc. . All items are handcrafted by myself. As often as possible, I'm using organic products, think about finishing with oil or wax. I believe wood stays  alive forever, it will evolute during your life. Take good care of it, like you do with people you love ✌
